LVN - Full Time AM

Adult and pediatric patient opportunities are available within an assigned service area, with orientation, onboarding, and ongoing clinical support provided.

• One patient at a time
• Stable hours and long-term cases
• Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities
• Day, evening, and overnight shifts available

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home
• Monitor patient condition and report changes
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Support individualized care plans
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team

Requirements

• Active LVN license (required)
• Current BLS certification (required)
• 1+ year of nursing experience (preferred)

Pay

$30 - $32 weekly pay

Schedule

Monday–Friday schedule 7 a.m.–3 p.m. available (Gtube only); flexible scheduling with day, evening, and overnight shifts.
