LVN Charge Nurse

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate nursing care during your shift, ensuring compassionate, person-centered support for residents with dementia and Alzheimer’s.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes in health status.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Support families and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Serve as a role model of servant leadership, guiding CNAs and promoting a culture of dignity, safety, and respect.

Qualifications And Skills

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
• Experience in memory care or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment to providing respectful, quality care in a homelike environment.
