Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate nursing care during your shift, ensuring compassionate, person-centered support for residents with dementia and Alzheimer’s.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately.
- Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes in health status.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Support families and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Serve as a role model of servant leadership, guiding CNAs and promoting a culture of dignity, safety, and respect.
Qualifications And Skills
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
- Experience in memory care or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
