Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school
• Valid LVN/LPN (Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse) license
• License number: RNLVN

Responsibilities

• Participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of LVN/LPN licensure
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes; document according to Cantex’s clinical policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations
• Complete EMR documentation related to patient assessment, evaluation, and condition changes in line with nursing practices
• Ensure implementation of care plans as directed and administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assign duties and supervise CNA staff to deliver appropriate clinical care, maintaining the highest practical well‑being for patients
