Position Summary

Cypress Ridge Care Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team on a full-time PM shift. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the healthcare team
• Accurately document nursing care, treatments, and observations
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal resident outcomes
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations

Qualifications

• Current LVN license in good standing
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
• Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused approach to care
