Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and supportive living environment for residents.
- Monitor and document residents' care according to prescribed treatment plans.
- Administer medications as directed and ensure proper storage of medicines.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to resident care and safety.
Requirements
- Nursing License (LPN or LVN) required per state regulations.
Qualifications
Associates must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, attention to detail, and a commitment to resident care.

Pay
Base pay in the range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience.
