About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Aesthetic and Wellness Clinic. In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care, assist with aesthetic procedures, and support our clinic’s wellness services in a professional and compassionate manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with aesthetic treatments, including laser procedures, injectables, and skin rejuvenation therapies.
• Perform patient assessments, vitals, and medical history reviews prior to procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the provider.
• Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care, wellness programs, and skincare regimens.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized clinical environment.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA standards.
• Manage inventory of medical and aesthetic supplies, ordering as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns and ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements

• Current Texas LVN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or aesthetic setting (preferred but not required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong knowledge of infection control practices and sterile techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Skills

• Experience with aesthetic procedures (e.g., Botox, fillers, laser treatments) is a plus.
• Familiarity with wellness therapies, such as IV therapy or hormone replacement, is desirable.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
