Lvl 1 - Process Worker

About The Role

Working as part of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for operating tape-edge machinery and assisting with the production of high-quality mattresses. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who take pride in their workmanship and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate tape-edge machines to assemble and finish mattresses
• Ensure products meet quality and production standards
• Inspect finished products for stitching quality and defects
• Set up and adjust machinery as required
• Follow safe work practices and company procedures
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets

About You

We’re seeking motivated, reliable team players who enjoy hands-on work, are safety-focused, and eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment. As well as:

• Previous experience in mattress manufacturing, upholstery, industrial sewing, or a similar production environment is highly regarded
• Experience operating tape-edge machinery is advantageous but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Able to work in a physically demanding environment
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
