As an elite Security Officer, you will secure critical assets, receive enhanced security training, and work with cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities

• Complete and pass a driving skills class as a Tier-2 driver
• Patrol and monitor a 4,000-acre site with a 12-mile perimeter and 9 gates
• Register all test vehicles transiting the site
• Respond to emergency calls (deer/animal vehicle accidents, vehicle-to-vehicle accidents, medical, fire, hazmat, etc.)
• Prepare incident reports with photos via text page
• Issue hot work permits when a Level-2 officer is not on duty (Out of Classification provisions apply)
• Coordinate all shipping and receiving traffic
• Escort visitors onto the property who lack Tier-2 driving training
• Monitor deer hunters on property and escort employees on a deer waiting list
• Inspect oil wells and storage tanks/refinery
• Conduct hazmat response
• Inspect critical site equipment readings (e.g., cafeteria refrigerator temperatures, freezer temperatures, out-building temperatures, fire riser pressure readings, fire pump gauges, fuel levels)
• Participate as part of the site vehicle accident team for investigating motor vehicle accidents

Work Environment and Schedule

• Position operates at client sites, which may be indoors or outdoors
• Requires prolonged standing and walking
• Open availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as directed
• Work various shifts and holidays as assigned
