Luxury Weekend Support Associate (Seasonal)

About the role

Join The Vault Luxury Resale, a nationally recognized, women-owned, second-generation company specializing in high-end luxury resale. We are seeking a Luxury Weekend Support Associate (Seasonal) for the upcoming Fall season (August through December).

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional, and welcoming service to our clientele, including greeting customers and providing store layout information.
• Maintain floor aesthetics, assist with merchandising transitions, and ensure our luxury presentation standards are always met.
• Aid with backroom inventory organization, pricing tasks, and support sales associates during peak traffic.
• Handle payments in accordance with company procedures, process cash and credit card transactions, and manage the desk area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Communicate by promptly answering phone calls and efficiently directing them to the appropriate department. Stay informed about current sales, promotions, and special events.
• Pack all customer purchases to align with our brand standards.
• Occasionally assist with public and private store events held outside of regular business hours.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred; strong interpersonal communication skills are a must.
• Attention to detail; ability to follow operational processes exactly as documented and take ownership of tasks without needing follow-up.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, luxury resale setting.
• Consistent Saturday availability is a critical requirement for this role.

Position Details

• Schedule: Primarily Saturdays throughout the fall season (August through December), with the expectation of working at least 2 to 3 Saturdays per month. Occasional shifts outside of Saturday hours may be requested based on business needs.
• Work Hours: Part-time, up to 15 hours per week.
• Location: In-person at our Brentwood, MO showroom. Remote work is not available for this position.
• Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience.
