Luxury Travel Advisor

About the role

PerLuxe Travels is hiring a Luxury Travel Advisor to strengthen traveler-fit planning across premium resorts, cruises, Disney trips, family and couples travel, group planning, quotes, and travel-rule research. This role focuses on luxury travel guidance within premium travel research, ensuring owners, evidence, and next actions are clearly visible.

This is a full-time, associate-level position, 100% remote within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own the Luxury Travel Advisor workflow by helping the team compare meaningful tradeoffs without presenting pending details as final.
• Coordinate supplier or booking follow-up within the Luxury Travel Advisor workflow.
• Review and document the reasoning behind important trip choices to ensure clarity and continuity.
• Maintain the workflow by clarifying traveler priorities before recommending options.
• Track and research destinations and products against stated traveler needs.

Success Measures

Success means traveler-fit planning is current, exceptions have owners, and another authorized teammate can continue the work without reconstructing the history. This is measured through effective luxury travel guidance within premium travel research.

Requirements

• Confidently use Luxury Travel Guidance and Travel Rule Research in premium travel planning.
• Apply Reservation Systems while tracking exceptions, owners, and deadlines.
• Document Travel Documentation decisions clearly for seamless teammate handoffs.
• Use sound judgment in Trip Research, escalating when necessary instead of making assumptions.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
