About the Role

Luxury Escape by Jaclyn Vehlewald is hiring a Luxury Travel Advisor to strengthen traveler-fit planning across premium Caribbean and Hawaii trips, cruises, all-inclusive stays, family travel, groups, and romantic vacations. This role focuses on providing luxury travel guidance within premium leisure travel support, ensuring every handoff clearly communicates what is complete, what is pending, and who owns the next step.

Responsibilities

• Research destinations and products to meet stated traveler needs.
• Compare meaningful tradeoffs without presenting pending details as final.
• Coordinate supplier or booking follow-up.
• Document the reasoning behind important trip choices.
• Clarify traveler priorities before recommending options.

Requirements

• Confidently apply Traveler Consultation and Customer Service in luxury travel guidance.
• Review bookings without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Document Caribbean Vacation Operations decisions clearly for team understanding.
• Exercise sound judgment in Travel Planning, escalating when necessary instead of making assumptions.

Qualifications

Success in this role means ensuring traveler-fit planning is current, exceptions have owners, and work is traceable for seamless continuation by another authorized teammate.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000-$62,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
