About the role

Fabventure Travel is hiring a Luxury Travel Advisor to strengthen traveler-fit planning across Europe, Mediterranean and Caribbean cruises, all-inclusive vacations, honeymoons, family trips, and groups. The day-to-day standard is luxury travel guidance within Europe travel support, with confirmed facts separated from assumptions and unresolved questions. Role outcome quality is visible when traveler-fit planning is accurate enough for others to act on and unresolved items are documented rather than guessed.

Responsibilities

• Own the Luxury Travel Advisor workflow by helping the team coordinate supplier or booking follow-up.
• Coordinate the Luxury Travel Advisor workflow by documenting the reasoning behind important trip choices.
• Review the Luxury Travel Advisor workflow by clarifying traveler priorities before recommending options.
• Maintain the Luxury Travel Advisor workflow by researching destinations and products against stated needs.
• Track the Luxury Travel Advisor workflow by comparing meaningful tradeoffs without presenting pending details as final.

Requirements

• Use Client Relationship Management and Travel Planning confidently in luxury travel guidance.
• Apply Traveler Consultation without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Document Cruise Vacation Operations decisions clearly enough that another teammate can follow the reasoning.
• Use sound judgment around Deadline Management, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.

Employment Overview

Full-time, associate-level position. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
