Job Responsibilities

  • Close the sale - Guide customers from interest to purchase with a warm, consultative, no-pressure approach.
  • Maximize sales - Identify, nurture, and convert potential customers through proactive engagement, follow-up, and closing leads.
  • Provide excellent customer service - Treat all potential and converted customers with the highest levels of customer service.
  • Work cohesively with the team - Stay responsive and communicative across all channels, helping build a collaborative, supportive, high-performing showroom culture.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Proven success in high-end or luxury sales – You’ve thrived in retail, high-ticket sales, or concierge-level service roles, and know how to build trust with clients who value both style and substance.
  • Sales & outreach mentality – You proactively engage, follow up, and build a pipeline of lasting client relationships.
  • Team collaboration – You’re a strong communicator who works well with others, responds quickly across platforms, and helps create a supportive and high-performing showroom culture.
  • Tech-savvy and organized – You’re comfortable with digital platforms and tools that help track leads, manage client interactions, and support an efficient sales process.
  • Storytelling ability – You turn product features into a compelling, personal reason to buy.

What We Provide You

  • Earning potential - OTE $110,000 to $150,000 per year: competitive base plus uncapped commission, on-target earnings of $110,000, top performers earning $150,000+ per year.
  • Qualified inbound traffic so you spend your time closing, not cold-prospecting.
  • Weekend and peak-season availability. Weekends are required — they're when customers shop - and our sale periods are the highest-volume, highest-earning windows of the year.
  • Full health coverage - 90% employer-paid for employees and 75% for dependents. Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401K.
  • Free lunch, often. Free lunch with the entire sales team every other week, plus a free lunch any day you cover the showroom solo.
  • PTO that grows with you. 14 days to start, 17 days at two years, and 20 days - nearly a full month - at three years. PTO can be applied to weekends when you need time off; it's only paused during our sale periods, which are your biggest earning windows of the year.
