About the role
The Sales Associate with Longines will play a crucial role in demonstrating exceptional customer service, generating sales, and supporting the boutique's operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a timely, professional, and personable manner
- Provide a unique and special experience to all clients, offering introductions of the brand
- Sell products according to store protocols
- Communicate customer requests to management
- Submit daily reports and sales reconciliation reports
- Process and replenish merchandise and monitor counter stock
- Participate in merchandising projects
- Provide superior after-sales service
- Support loss prevention efforts
- Maintain the store appearance
- Support management team in achieving customer service and sales goals
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business or equivalent preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales position, specialty luxury retail preferred
- Good problem-solving skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Independent work ability
- Minimal supervision ability
- Conflict resolution ability
- Basic computer proficiency
- Organized, accurate, thorough, and quality-focused
- Professionalism and friendly demeanor
Compensation & Benefits
- $19 - $22 per hour depending on experience
- Commissions as part of compensation
