Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service to high-end clientele
• Style customers head-to-toe in exclusive collections
• Build client relationships and retain loyal VIP customers
• Stay on top of fashion trends and bring them to life in-store
• Work with a goal-driven team focused on performance and growth
• Help maintain the luxury atmosphere of the store

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience (fashion retail preferred)
• Strong communicator with confidence and a positive attitude
• Motivated by commissions, competition, and success
• Passionate about fashion, styling, and sales
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Ready to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Availability to work 5 days per week

Pay

$18 base hourly pay + uncapped aggressive commission + monthly bonuses. Annual earnings range: $55,000–$85,000+.
