Responsibilities
- Generate leads consistently using PLACE systems every week.
- Host two open houses per month.
- Conduct buyer consultations and convert with signed agreements.
- Write and negotiate offers for buyers and sellers.
- Consult with sellers and convert to signed listings.
- Participate in weekly script practice and team training.
- Track all activity and client progress in PLACE Technology.
Qualifications
- Active real estate license required.
- Experience in real estate sales preferred, particularly in the luxury segment.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, generate leads, and manage a pipeline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially for luxury clients.
- Skilled at building trust quickly and handling objections without getting rattled.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex transactions with multiple moving parts.
- A full-time commitment — all Limbird agents are career professionals, not part-timers.
