Luxury Memory Care Caregiver (Evening Shift)

About the role

We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to support individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia at Novelle, a Montessori-Inspired Memory Care Community.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful, personalized care that promotes dignity and independence through meaningful, hands-on engagement.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care.
• Manage medication as allowed by the state and complete daily progress reports of services provided.
• Complete progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed. (Chart by exception)

Requirements

• Current caregiver training/certification as specified by state agency or the ability to obtain.
• CNA license or two years previous experience as a caregiver.
• Able to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and assisting with resident care.
• Regular bending, reaching, and physical movement are required throughout the workday.

Pay

Actual pay rate within stated pay range is determined based on relevant factors in compliance with state and local wage laws.

Schedule

Hours vary depending on the community and position, but typically include shifts from 6 AM to 2 PM, 2 PM to 10 PM, or 10 PM to 6 AM.
