Luxury Leisure Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Cook up and execute hotel and villa bookings, yachts, trip proposals, dining arrangements and full-service concierge requests.
  • Do extensive research on luxury destinations and accommodations.
  • Give attentive, high-touch, personalized guidance and tailor recommendations.
  • Keep records and destination information updated.
  • Handle general office administration and team support duties.

Qualifications

  • Obtained a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a travel environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
  • Have a working knowledge of Sabre GDS booking system (optional).
  • Show excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Display strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Show strong knowledge of world geography.

About the Role

A luxury travel and concierge agency associated with Global Travel Collection, LLC, a division under Internova Travel Group, is seeking a NYC-based Luxury Leisure Travel Consultant to join their team. We work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, curating trips around the globe for our clients. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, creative, have a good work ethic, and be curious about the world. This role will have a hybrid work schedule. Some of the week in our mid-town Manhattan office, and some of the work week at home.
