Overview
The Luxury Fashion Manager is the category owner and brand activation leader for all Fashion merchandise within the store. This leader is accountable for driving category performance, elevating team capability, and bringing the Jared brand promise to life through styling, storytelling, and customer experience.
What You’ll Do
Own the Fashion Category
Lead total Fashion category performance — including sales, behaviors, and standardsLead Visual Marketing for Fashion
Own all Fashion visual merchandising and presentation standardsBuild Team Capability (Monthly Coaching)
Observe or coach one Fashion presentation per team member, every monthActivate the Brand Promise
You Will Help Customers Express their creativity through styling and layering
Discover their personal style through curated recommendations
Celebrate meaningful moments through Fashion jewelryDrive Performance Excellence
Improve key KPIs including ATV, attachment, and clienteling behaviors
Reinforce consistent Fashion presentations across the teamLead and Develop Talent
Partner with store leadership to identify and develop Fashion talent
Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and shared success
