About the role

We are seeking an experienced luxury & fashion coach to work with professionals looking to grow their careers in the luxury and fashion industry. The role includes guidance on various aspects such as fashion design, product development, trend forecasting, visual merchandising, luxury retail operations, retail strategy, e-commerce strategy, luxury brand strategy, and luxury & fashion marketing. Additionally, coaches help clients build fluency in AI fundamentals and AI automation to work smarter.

Responsibilities

• Guidance on fashion design, product development, trend forecasting, visual merchandising, luxury retail operations, retail strategy, e-commerce strategy, luxury brand strategy, and luxury & fashion marketing
• Helping clients build fluency in AI fundamentals and AI automation
• Resume review, cover letter writing, LinkedIn review, interview preparation, networking strategy, salary negotiation, freelancing, and ongoing skill building
• Navigate clients' career paths

Requirements

• Hands-on luxury or fashion industry experience
• Prior coaching or mentoring experience
• A clear, structured approach to helping clients grow both their expertise and their career

Qualifications

• Experience in the luxury and fashion industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and set one's own hours and rates
• Proficiency in using virtual platforms for coaching sessions
