Luxury Condo Shift Supervisor
About the role
The Luxury Condo Shift Supervisor position requires 1+ years of Supervisor Experience and 1+ years of Customer Service Experience. Salary is $22 hourly. Location is Honolulu and shift details will be discussed with the District Manager.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol various locations to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Enforce regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and the area.
- Provide customer service and information to client employees and customers.
Requirements
No experience necessary. Background in retail, food service, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including standing, walking, and lifting.
Skills
Customer service skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to enforce regulations and directives.
