Luxury CDL Motorcoach Chauffeur
About the Role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients, potential clients, and team members. Provides passengers with a safe, pleasant, and efficient transportation experience while driving Hermes Worldwide vehicles within the greater Denver and surrounding areas. Builds long-term business relationships with repeat clients to ensure client satisfaction and continued revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide courteous, friendly service to internal and external clients by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Operate all vehicles within state and federal laws, including speed limits and road signs.
- Transport passengers to/from various destinations, offering a warm greeting, safely loading and unloading passengers and their belongings.
- Ensure all passengers and their belongings are secured prior to departure or vehicle operation.
- Adhere to pick-up and drop-off times as outlined by passengers and communicated by dispatch (on-time means arriving at least 15 minutes before the pre-determined pick-up time).
- Engage in conversation with passengers as appropriate, sharing information about the city, attractions, and events while acting as an ambassador for Denver and surrounding areas.
- Prepare routes for trips prior to departure using map books, GPS, or other approved programs, and review trip tickets for pertinent information.
- Complete vehicle pre-checks, ensure the vehicle is fully stocked with necessary items, and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Communicate with dispatch throughout the shift regarding status, schedule changes, or client requests, and await approval before making changes.
- Track hours of service accurately in the DOT logging application.
- Complete all required paperwork, including trip tickets, pre- and post-vehicle checks, and vehicle condition reports.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Denver and surrounding areas, including traffic patterns, to adjust trip times as needed.
- Use sales and client service skills to maximize revenue and future reservations.
- Complete PAX training and adhere to learned skills.
- Protect company assets and confidential information, including client, credit card, team member, and proprietary company data.

Requirements
- Exceptional customer service focus.
- Proficiency in the English language (written, speaking, and understanding).

Qualifications
- Knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of four years of high school.
- Maintain a minimum of a Class B P2 license or higher, as required to drive specific vehicles.
- CDL license required to operate specific vehicles.
Work Environment
This role operates a variety of motor vehicles throughout the day, working both inside and outside in varying weather conditions (heat/cold, wet/humid, dry/arid).
Physical Demands
- Ability to walk and stand intermittently during the entire work shift.
- Ability to sit for extended periods while operating a motor vehicle.
- Ability to lift 50–70 pounds regularly during the work shift.
- Meet all physical requirements as outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT).
Schedule
Position could be part-time (under 30 hours per week) or full-time (over 30 hours per week) with availability 365 days a year, seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Hours vary to meet the needs of Hermes Worldwide.
Out-of-town trips (OTRs) are often necessary to accommodate client needs and may require overnight stays.
