Overview Join Jaded Beauty Studio, a luxury appointment-only studio created for hairstylists and makeup artists who value a calm, high-end setting for their clients. Our three-chair studio was thoughtfully designed to balance comfort, artistry, and sophistication. Clients love the peaceful, private atmosphere, and stylists love the elevated experience it provides. This is a space where you and your clients can slow down, connect, and create. What’s Included Newly remodeled, high-end space on South Broadway with ample parking Towels and backbar included Complimentary beverages for clients (wine, beer, sparkling water, coffee, tea) Online booking through Phorest with full admin support for calls and inquiries Secure entry system: all visits are by appointment only for added safety and privacy Luxury finishes and décor that reflect an elevated, boutique atmosphere RATE STRUCTURE Priority Access Membership: $400 per week (introductory founding stylist rate; standard $425–$450 per week) Part-Time Access: $250–$300 per week (2–3 fixed weekdays) Day Rate: $130 per day Hourly Flex: $35 per hour weekdays | $40 per hour peak (2-hour minimum) All rates include the amenities listed above. The $400 per week “founding stylist” rate is a limited introductory offer for our first renters who join us in creating a curated, elevated studio community. SCHEDULE FLEXIBILITY During peak wedding season (April through October), the studio occasionally hosts full-studio bridal rentals on Fridays and Saturdays. Stylists receive at least 30 days’ notice for any blackout dates and receive either a pro-rated rent credit or an alternate studio day within the same month.
