Lupo Notte Application

Position Summary

Southern Hospitality Company, an entity of Southern Land Company, is seeking friendly people for all positions to open our new Italian restaurant, Lupo Notte. Immediate openings are available for management, servers, bartenders, server assistants, hosts, cooks, dishwashers, and sous chefs. These roles require strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Service Skills

• A friendly, professional, and patient demeanor with a strong desire to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• The ability to manage multiple tables and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure.
• Meticulousness in recording orders and monitoring guest needs to prevent errors and address issues promptly.

Experience

• Prior experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• A willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Education and Experience

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Prior experience working in a restaurant.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with point-of-sale tracking technology and restaurant management platforms.
• Tennessee ABC Server Card (must be attained in first 90 days on property).

Physical Demands

• Frequently standing and walking.
• Some lifting up to 25-50 lbs.
