About the role

The Lupo Lab is seeking a Junior, Assistant, Associate, or Full Specialist to work on applying advanced MRI methods and/or machine learning to evaluate patients with brain tumors. The primary responsibilities include developing, utilizing, and extending innovative imaging and spectroscopic data acquisition, processing, and/or statistical and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

  • Data collection, management, and analysis, including image segmentation, spectral analysis, multi-parametric cohort analysis, building and training predictive models
  • Translational application of the developed tools to study patients with brain tumors and/or other neurological diseases

Requirements

  • Junior: Baccalaureate degree (or equivalent) in a related science or at least 4 years of research experience
  • Assistant: Master’s degree (or equivalent) or Baccalaureate degree (or equivalent) with 3+ years of research experience
  • Associate: Master’s degree (or equivalent) or 5-10 years of research experience
  • Full: Terminal degree (or equivalent) or 10+ years of research experience

Qualifications

  • Meet all qualifications by the time of hire
  • List current and/or pending qualifications in CV

Preferred Qualifications

  • MS or PhD in biomedical imaging, applied mathematics, engineering, computer science, or related field
  • At least 3 years of research experience using MR imaging
  • Previous exposure to a biomedical research laboratory environment

Pay

A reasonable estimate for this position is $57,000-$201,700.
