About the role
Join our Lincoln Lunch/Recess Supervisor team at Elmhurst Community Unit School District 205. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for students during lunch and recess.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized lunch/recess area
- Ensure student safety and supervision during lunch and recess
- Encourage positive behavior and interactions among students
- Assist teachers and staff with any necessary tasks
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of First Aid/CPR (training provided)
Qualifications
- Experience working with children preferred
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with students
Skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
