Lumper (unloader/loader) -Freight Handler

About the role

Our material handlers primarily assist with unloading and loading boxes from trailers. This is a production-based position with earnings averaging between $550-$1200 or more per week. The more you do, the more you make!

Pay is commission-based plus hourly while not on a truck. Each truck has a different pay rate, and you are still paid while at work but not on trucks.

Responsibilities

• Move pallets to/from staging area.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow receiving/shipping policies and procedures.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols.
• Follow attendance policies and call-off procedures.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Perform at or above production standards after training.
• Work overtime when needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must have steel toe shoes.
• Must be present and on time for all scheduled shifts.
• Must be able to lift and carry 50-100 lbs.
• Must be able to work consistently for long periods of time.

Schedule

Full-time, 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM or until dismissed when all work is finished for the day and goals are met.

• Sunday – Wednesday
• Wednesday – Saturday
