- Paid by trailer load
- Hourly rate starts at $16.00 during training
- Pay increases to $20.00 to $30.00 per hour after reaching required trailer loads
Company Policies
- Steel toe boots must be worn at all times in the building
- Safety vests are mandatory and provided by the company
- Lunch must be brought in a clear bag
