Lube Lead Technician

Duties and Essential Job Tasks

• Perform basic maintenance services on vehicles.
• Inspect, replenish, drain and fill fluids and lubricants.
• Perform vehicle inspections, tire rotation, and other basic maintenance, service and simple repairs.
• Maintain efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing as well as repairing vehicles

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Pass pre-employment and periodic random drug screens
• Must display good judgment
• Previous experience at a dealership is a plus
• Able to identify the problem quickly
• Knowledge of automobiles
• Effective analytical and communication skills
• Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specification
