Position Overview
As ADI expands into new product and market segments, the Multi-Market Power Group (MMP) is looking for a Senior LTspice Modeling Engineer who will be responsible for:
- Creating LTspice simulation models.
- Maintaining and debugging existing models, working closely with the Modeling Team.
- Special projects involving technology improvements to our tools and techniques to maintain our competitive advantage.
- Interfacing with IC Designers, Application Engineers, Marketing and Sales, and Management.
- Maintain good and professional communications dialog with both internal and external customers.
What You Need to Be Successful in This Role
- BSEE or MSEE with 5+ years of experience and either deep experience in switching power converters or analog IC design.
- A passion to do modeling.
- A strong background in analog and digital circuits, with circuit analysis techniques.
- Strong analytic skills along with power electronics and control theory.
- IC applications experience a plus, modern laboratory equipment use a plus.
- Some level and knowledge of programming useful, MatLab/Simulink, Python, and C/C++.
- Good technical writing and presentation skills.
- Must possess good communication skills and have the ability to work as a part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
Qualifications
- Required: BSEE or MSEE with 5+ years of experience.
- Preferred: Deep experience in switching power converters or analog IC design.
