Compensation

  • Starting pay rate from $17.50/hour
  • $750 Retention Bonus: $375 after 6 consecutive months of active employment, $375 after 12 consecutive months of active employment
  • Eligible for annual & skill-based wage increases

Schedule

  • Available Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday
  • Must be able to work all shifts

Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently operate the lift truck/clamp truck
  • Observe necessary safety precautions
  • Identify and report equipment problems, quality issues, unsafe practices, and conditions to warehouse management
  • Operate gas, electric lift truck, and clamp lift in and between departments, buildings, and grounds
  • Move product through the facility
  • Fill out necessary paperwork for reporting safety, quality, production, damages, and loading/unloading verification
  • Collect and deliver a variety of materials, adhering to good safety practices
  • Deliver materials to work areas as directed, stack materials in storage areas, and load shipments in trailers
  • Prepare and check necessary receipts, records, and reports
  • Maintain housekeeping on a daily basis, ensuring clean work areas and proper storage of items
  • Inspect, repack, and rework materials
  • Support Lean initiatives

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D, or relevant work experience
  • Current OSHA forklift certification preferred
  • One year of previous experience as a lift truck/clamp lift operator preferred
  • Must be alert and attentive
  • Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
  • SAP experience preferred
