LTAC RN (Travel or Local)

Responsibilities

Provide quality patient care through assessment, intervention, and evaluation in a long-term acute care setting. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans that ensure optimal outcomes and continuity of care.

• Administer medications, manage chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines
• Monitor, assess, and evaluate patient status
• Provide guidance and supervision to clinical support staff

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN license and relevant healthcare experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
