LSE Business Analyst
About the role:
The ideal candidate operates at the critical intersection of strategic sales execution and revenue planning. In this role, you will autonomously champion our most vital forecasting workflows—ranging from high-stakes, executive-facing weekly deliverables to comprehensive quarterly revenue forecasting. You will serve as the trusted authority ensuring senior leadership has a definitive, strategically sound pulse on our pipeline.
Responsibilities
Executive Weekly Deliverables: Fully own the end-to-end orchestration, strategic synthesis, and consolidation of weekly sales and opportunity forecasts. This is an extensive, high-visibility deliverable presented directly to executive leadership; you will be expected to use your judgment and discretion to design, optimize, and execute these weekly processes as you see fit to ensure flawless data integrity.
Strategic Ad-hoc Analyses: Autonomously drive complex, data-driven deep dives to support critical business decisions and address pressing leadership inquiries on an ongoing basis.
Advanced In-Quarter Tracking: Monitor real-time pipeline dynamics, proactively tracking progress against quarterly targets and independently flagging at-risk deals with strategic recommendations.
High-Level Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner as a peer with Sales Ops and LSE leadership to enforce CRM data hygiene, ensuring Salesforce architecture accurately reflects complex pipeline realities.
Quarter-End Governance: Direct the compilation and presentation of key quarterly performance packages for executive review.
Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or a heavily analytical business planning role.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
CRM & Tools Expertise: Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling). Experience with BI tools (Tableau) is a major plus.
Analytical Sophistication: A proven ability to dissect complex sales pipelines, isolate macro trends, and translate raw data into actionable executive insights.
Ownership: A track record of operating with high autonomy and absolute accountability. Because you own rigorous weekly and quarterly executive deadlines, exceptional self-management and process-design skills are required.
Soft Skills
Agility: The sales landscape changes rapidly; you need to be comfortable pivoting when deals shift, slide, or close unexpectedly.
Strong Communication: The ability to translate complex data and pipeline metrics into clear, concise stories for sales leaders and stakeholders.
