Responsibilities

• Ensure quality total patient care through assessment, planning, interventions, and evaluation of patient needs via therapy care plans for each assigned patient.
• Ensure effectiveness of measures implemented under the direction of the physician, Clinical Manager, and Physical Therapist to resolve active patient problems and provide stronger self‑care techniques.
• Provide appropriate patient/family/caregiver teaching.
• Promote quality services in accordance with established agency policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines for all services.
• Meet budgeted productivity standards.
• Assure the quality and growth of the agency.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant licensed in the state(s) of operation.
• Minimum of two years of appropriate experience.
• Willingness to travel.

Pay

• Highest in the industry visit rates.
