About the role

LPP s.r.o. is a dynamic technology company based in Prague (Libeň) that works on interesting projects in the aerospace, defence and engineering sectors. The company is looking for a Project Manager to lead the development of hardware and software products, overseeing projects from initiation through planning, execution, reporting, hand‑over and evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and realise HW + SW product development projects, managing all phases: initiation, planning, execution, reporting, hand‑over and evaluation.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the project sponsor to define project specifications.
  • Build and lead the project team, manage communication within the project and allocate available resources.
  • Ensure flawless cross‑team communication, analyse potential risks and implement preventive measures.
  • Report project status, handle change management and maintain up‑to‑date documentation.
  • Oversee project hand‑over, control and manage financial resources, costs and revenues.
  • Monitor adherence to schedule and budget.

Requirements

  • University degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering (or secondary/vocational education with graduation certificate).
  • Orientation in both hardware and software development – at least a basic knowledge of each is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or aerospace company.
  • English language proficiency at least B2 level.
  • Familiarity with project‑management standards.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Technical affinity, flexible approach, organised and structured personality.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel), MS Project and preferably other project‑management tools.
  • Valid driver’s licence category B.
