Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective patient and family-centered care under direction and supervision, focusing on customer satisfaction and quality outcomes.
• Assist in maintaining a financially stable unit while promoting personal development with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and education within a Practice Governance framework.
• Delegate nursing tasks to non-licensed staff members under direction.
• Collaborate with leadership to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the plan of care.
• Apply educational and professional experiences to deliver quality care and mentor/precept non-licensed staff or students.

Requirements

• Diploma in Licensed Practical Nursing (Required).
• One year of experience in an acute care setting (Desired).
