LPN Wellness Nurse (Leadership Opportunity)

As our Wellness Nurse, you'll partner with the Director of Nursing and Executive Director to help lead the clinical team, support caregivers and medication assistants, and ensure our residents receive exceptional care every day. Responsibilities include: Provide clinical leadership and support to caregivers, Certified Medication Assistants (CMAs), and nursing staffPartner with the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality resident careReview physician orders and medication changes in QuickMARComplete resident assessments and quarterly wellness evaluationsMonitor medication administration and clinical documentation for accuracy and complianceParticipate in daily clinical stand-up meetingsAssist with resident care planning and interdisciplinary communicationSupport onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team membersPromote regulatory compliance with state, federal, and company standardsParticipate in quality improvement initiatives that enhance resident outcomes What We're Looking For Current Georgia LPN License (required)RN applicants are also welcome to applyExperience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Home Health preferredStrong communication and leadership skillsComfortable coaching and supporting caregivers and medication assistantsExperience with EMRs and medication managementPassion for serving older adultsLeadership experience is preferred—but not required.
