About the role

Responsibilities
- Maintain a physically, socially, and psychologically conducive environment for residents.
- Monitor residents’ care according to physician-prescribed treatment plans and document responses.
- Administer medications as required and ensure the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room.
- Adequately adhere to company systems, procedures, and processes.
Requirements
- Nursing License (LPN or LVN) required per state regulations.

Skills
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with healthcare software are beneficial.

Pay
Base pay in the range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Part and full-time schedules are available and vary by employment status.

Tuition Reimbursement
To support our associates in their journey to become a U.S. citizen, Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, less applicable taxes and withholding, for qualified associates who have been with us for at least a year.
