Hiring Range: $21.90 - $41.12. Please note that the final offer may vary within this range based on a candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities
- Assesses and obtains a patient's basic health status, records, and related data according to standard procedure and needs of patient and their families.
- Administers medications, performs treatments as ordered, and operates equipment according to policy and procedure.
- Performs venipuncture using aseptic technique, 12 lead EKGs, and administers vaccinations.
- Participates in implementation and evaluation of care plan including long and short-term goals, nursing actions, and teaching.
- Documents patient care according to standard procedure.
- Records and reports observed symptoms, reactions, treatments, and changes in patient condition to Provider and/or RN and assists in analyzing and interpreting patient data.
- Performs voiding trials according to established clinical protocols and accurately documents patient outcomes.
- Initiates and monitors Intravenous (IV) Hydration therapy as ordered by the provider, including patient assessment, IV insertion, monitoring during treatments, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Current Massachusetts licensure required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
