Job duties

• Care for pediatric patients within their home
• Examine patients, conduct assessments, document condition and report changes
• Review, interpret, transcribe and carry out physician orders for patients
• Administer medication, operate medical equipment and maintain a safe environment

Qualifications

• Six months’ experience in a comparable Licensed Practical Nurse job classification, current South Dakota LPN license
• CPR certification, offered on site
• 2 professional references required
• Background check and drug screen completed
• Driver’s License and current car insurance and 18 years of age
