About the role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) providing in-home care for pediatric and adult medically fragile patients.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Deliver skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders.
- Assess signs of physiologic and psychosocial changes in patients.
- Collect, analyze, and document healthcare data and nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN or RN license in the practicing state.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
- Preferred one year of professional nursing experience.
