LPN - Weekend Nurse

About the role

BAYADA Pediatric and Adult Nursing Offices are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for infant, pediatric, and adult care to join their Skilled Nursing team. The organization is committed to delivering the highest quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability. Multiple weekend shift options are available, allowing nurses to select open shift hours that best fit their schedule across Doylestown, Chalfont, and New Hope locations.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Perform skills with autonomy in the home
• Provide hands‑on care to a single client per day, building relationships and observing milestones
• Work with clients ranging from infant to adult age

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program (verified by transcript or diploma)
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state
