Pay
LPN compensation: $33.40 – $38.40 / hour based on experience, plus Michigan direct care incentive and 2nd shift differential.
Sign-On Bonus: $4,000 (Full-Time), $2,000 (Part-Time), paid in installments.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
- Administer medications and perform treatments
- Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary care team
- Monitor and respond to changes in resident condition
- Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Active LPN license (Michigan)
- Long-term care experience preferred (not required)
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for resident care
- Positive, dependable, and reliable attendance
