LPN, Team Lead

About the role

Immanuel Communities is seeking a Team Lead LPN to join our team at Immanuel Courtyard, located at 6757 Newport Avenue, Omaha, NE 68152. Immanuel Courtyard is home to 70 independent living and 68 assisted living apartment homes, offering a warm and community‑focused environment for both residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Support the AL Manager/AL Supervisor in implementing Immanuel’s goals of providing the best possible care for its Assisted Living residents.
• Present training and guidance to the Medication Aides.
• Ensure physician’s orders and pharmacy orders are clear and accurate.
• Provide resident needs as indicated.
• Monitor health care tracking systems and audits performed in the department.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (L.P.N.) license in the respective state of employment (mandatory).
• Two (2) years’ experience in an assisted living or skilled care community (required). Equivalent years of education may substitute for experience.

Pay

Up to $37.19/hour, with compensation based on experience, certifications, skills, and education.

Schedule

Full‑time, Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with an on‑call rotation every three weeks.
