Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff on the 11-7 shift
- Respond to resident needs and clinical situations promptly
- Complete required overnight assignments and documentation tasks
- Conduct rounds and ensure facility protocols are followed
- Communicate any concerns to the Director of Nursing or appropriate department heads
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in New Jersey
- Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident care

Schedule
Weekend Requirement: This position requires rotating weekends (on/off schedule). All Per Diem staff must commit to working at least one full weekend per month (both Saturday and Sunday).
