Responsibilities
- Administer medications
- Assist with daily living activities
- Monitor health
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, individualized care
Requirements
- Current New York State LPN license
- BLS certification preferred
- Dependable, compassionate, team-oriented
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
Pay & schedule
- Base Pay: $27.12 - $37.22
- Shift Differential: $5.50 per hour for evening shift | $7.00 for night shift
- 80 hours per pay period | 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. | Every other weekend
- Sign-On Bonus: Position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $7,500, subject to terms, conditions, and change
