Responsibilities
- Supervise and support CNAs in daily care delivery
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents
- Document care and resident responses accurately
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Maintain accurate narcotic and medication records
- Review and update resident care plans
Requirements
- Valid nursing license (Licensed Practical Nurse)
- CPR certification
- Above-average computer aptitude
