LPN, Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center (FT, Weekend Program, 7pm-7:30am)

Education

A graduate of an accredited Nursing Program is required.

Experience

One (1) year of satisfactory experience in a geriatric setting is preferred.

Special Employment Requirements

• Criminal history clearance by PA State Police required.
• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners is required or eligibility for such licensure.
• CPR certification is required or must be obtained and maintained.

Physical Demands

• Heavy work: lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or moving objects requiring 50-100 lbs. of force occasionally, 25-50 lbs. of force frequently, and 10-25 lbs. of force constantly.
• Ability to transport self throughout the facility.

Accident or Health Hazards

• Occasional exposure to blood and body substances.
• Possible exposure to needle sticks.

Working Conditions

Works in resident living areas.
