Job Summary

Luna Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Deming, NM. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing procedures and protocols
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Monitor and report patient vital signs, conditions, and reactions to medications and treatments
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and complete records of patient care and treatment

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of New Mexico
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field preferred
• 0 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN); new graduates welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
