LPN School Nurse - Part Time

About the role

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) providing one-on-one care in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for students with medical needs such as trach, vent, G-tube feedings, seizure monitoring, personal care, and diabetic care.
• Assist with transportation by riding the bus with the patient if required.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure in the practicing state.
• Valid Health Certificate, PPD or Chest X-Ray, and BLS certification.
• Preferred: at least one year of LVN/LPN experience.
